    I went to Alana at Move Forward Physiotherapy after seeing a number of other Physiotherapists who couldn't treat a pain in my knee that I've experienced for over a year. Alana diagnosed my condition promptly and created an exercise plan for me to help ease the pain. After working through these exercises with Alana for just 2 months, I can already notice the difference. I would definitely recommend Alana to my friends/family!

    Alana is a fantastic physio!. She is currently helping me with my rehabilitation after 2 car accidents. Her exercises are clearly laid out and easy to follow. Would highly recommend her to anyone NOR.
